Cancellation Policy

As our products as downloadable software products, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order after completion as our products are right away made available to you for download.

In some instances, to prevent multiple addition of the same product we have made sure you that you won’t be able execute that in the single order.

In an instance of successfully placing the order and receiving confirmation from our side, you do not receive the product please contact us at [support@andmotiongraphics.com , subject line:  Product #your purchase ID].

Refund Policy

Returns

As our products as downloadable software products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.

However, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example, Software that has been opened.

Preferably, if the purchaser finds any glitch or face technical issues, we help with assistance to run it through software or re-send the purchased item with alternate file transfer method.

To be eligible for a refund, buyer must provide sufficient proofs of technical failure to the management of AND Motion Graphics.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Once your proofs are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your proofs. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund.

If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

After receiving the confirmation of refund from our side if you haven’t received a refund yet, we would request you to please check your bank account thoroughly.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [support@andmotiongraphics.com , subject line : Refund #your purchase ID].

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [support@andmotiongraphics.com , subject line : exchange #your purchase ID] 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to [support@andmotiongraphics.com, subject line : return #your purchase ID] 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item through online shipping methods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing online shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
